Normally, when something like this is pointed out, the Democrats blame the judge in the prior case, but you can bet your last dollar they won’t do that here because the judge is the go-to jurist when they absolutely must convict an innocent person, Amy Berman Jackson. So, my guess is that they will just refuse to talk about the Clinton case in which Berman claimed that Bill Clinton was permitted to take those classified tapes home with him when he left the White House.
It is now an open secret that Democrats look to tie up President Trump in BS litigation from now until the 2024 election whether they have the goods or not. Spoiler Alert: They don’t. Manhattan DA indicted Trump and he could not even explain what crimes he is charging Trump with. He insists that Trump personally made ledger entries and cut the checks. No CEO does that under any circumstances and no, he does not sweep out the employee lunch room either.
Then there is the Stormy Daniels case. Not only did she lose that case, but she was ordered to pay Trump hundreds of thousands of dollars, but he still has to answer that all over again. Then there is Fanny Willis in Georgia, whose best evidence against Trump is doctored tapes. That case won’t be heard until just before the 2024 election. There are multiple cases from NY Attorney General Letitia James, whose batting average is currently .000. And finally, we have the case with Special Counsel Jack Smith.
In those cases, even many on the far-left think the case stinks including Geraldo Rivera, liberal lawyers, Alan Dershowitz and Jonathon Turley. And almost everyone on the right knows that this is just an effort to keep Trump out of the race because the voters would be able to compare the four years of Trump against four years of Biden and there is no comparison. They think he can beat DeSantis and the Republicans have no one else. The Democrats have no one including Biden, but they can cheat enough to get him across the line.
The biggest problem that Biden has is that he cannot afford to dump Kamala Harris and voters will have to consider that if Biden becomes incapacitated or dies, she becomes president. That would require Democrats to manufacture a lot more votes than they did in 2020. Does anyone really believe that Biden got 81 million votes?
In February 2022 the National Archives asked the Biden DOJ to investigate President Trump’s “handling” of White House records he took with him to Mar-a-Lago.
The politicized National Archives wanted President Trump to return White House documents to the archives that was holding securely at his Mar-a-Lago home.
In August 2022 President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago was raided by FBI agents. This was a surprise to Trump’s attorneys who were in negotiations with the Biden DOJ on the disclosure of unclassified documents the President took with him when he left office.
On Thursday June 8, 2023 the Biden DOJ announced they were indicting President Trump on seven charges surrounding his handling of White House documents that he likely already declassified.
President Trump could be sent to prison to die. This is what the regime is shooting for.
But, once again, this is all a bogus investigation. The president’s handling of classified documents is settled law. Far left DC Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in 2012 that there is no provision in the Presidential Records Act that gives the National Archives the power to seize records from a former president.
This entire “classified document” investigation of President Trump is the latest lawless attempt by the Biden regime and Deep State to ruin Trump.
