Why is it that Florida, which is the fourth largest state in the country can count 99% of their votes on Election night and much smaller states such as Arizona may need a week or more? It could be because Democrats could not manufacture enough votes to change the election results in deep red Florida or it could be because they are much smarter than other states. In many cases that would be true.
So, what does Florida do that is so different? Well, for one thing, they count the absentee votes as they come in and those votes have their count completed coming into election day. States like Pennsylvania do not start counting absentee ballots until election day. They have to deal with absentee ballots at the same time as the votes that are taken in person on election day. It doesn’t take a genius to figure that out.
Florida has a strict deadline for receiving absentee ballots, whereas other states will accept ballots for up to a week after election day. But, the problem for those states is that if they count the absentee ballots ahead of election day and only accept ballots up until the polls close on election day, they cut off two of the best ways to manufacture ballots and that could cost the Democrats some elections. That is not an option for them.
Florida law states:
“The county canvassing board may begin the canvassing of vote-by-mail ballots at 7 a.m. on the 22nd day before the election, but not later than noon on the day following the election. In addition, for any county using electronic tabulating equipment, the processing of vote-by-mail ballots through such tabulating equipment may begin at 7 a.m. on the 22nd day before the election.”
Gov. Ron DeSantis said:
“I think it’s a testament to the state’s performance that you see chaos unfolding in some of these other battleground states, where the votes may not be counted for days, where one state isn’t counting anything today, there just going to go back tomorrow; that people are actually looking at Florida and asking the question: ‘Why can’t these states be more like Florida?’”
“Florida was able to handle 11 million ballots, a combination of in-person early voting, vote-by mail, Election day, process then in a timely way, tabulate them and report them. And these other states had the opportunity to do that; they haven’t done it.”
“The way Florida did it, I think, inspires confidence; I think that’s how elections should be run; and I think that if it’s something that you want to do it that way, it requires you to take action; it requires you to put effort into it, but I think it’s worth it.”
“I would note that we’re one of the few states in the country where you can follow the number of people that are voting in real time. The mail votes that are received, the early votes, the Election Day vote; the rest of these states it’s kind of like a black hole.”

DEMOCRATS are still printing ballots in other states , thats why the count hasnt finished
YET!!! The fraudulent votes are still being counted!!! TIME FOR JAIL!!!!
Exactly. They need time to cheat, and the dems continue to cheat
You are 100% correct. Cheating and stealing takes time. They need to figure out how many bites they need, and then either print more ballots are run them through the machines in the middle of night, or bring thumb drives and fix the count that way.
As a Florida resident, we have a leader in the country and a person who values peoples votes. This is not a Blue State or a purple state, but a true RED State.
I am a Florida native (not many of us). Governor DeSantis treats ALL residents the same. It doesn’t matter what their party affiliation is, and that is why a lot of dems voted for him. Dade County, my home area (I am from Miami) went red and that hasn’t happened for decades.
I am fortunate to be living in a truly free state.
Maybe because Florida doesn’t use Dominion voting machines.
yep ,, you got it …
Don’t forget that Florida is, at the same time, still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian! Yet they had no problems at the polls and their results were finalized within hours of the actual voting. That’s the way it used to be everywhere and needs to get back to that!!
Desantis is not to be trusted, hes playing the part of conservative but he is in the pocket of British Monarchy and is member of several secret societies. Until gov he had accomplished nothing other than working for a traitor in the Navy..
One must remember, your elections are safe and fair. The democrats can’t find a way to corrupt your elections, yet .
