The conservative pit bull, Jim Jordan is about to issue subpoenas to officials of the Biden caliphate and Democrats are furious because they know that they can’t stop them. A new report reveals that the House Judiciary Committee and the Weaponization of the Federal Government Committee will put a new rule on the books that will allow them to subpoena anyone they want to without consulting Democrats. Both committees will be able to streamline subpoenas and prevent Democrats from stalling the process.
The GOP-led House Judiciary Committee and select subcommittee on the so-called weaponization of the federal government plan to adopt a rule that will allow Republican members to issue subpoenas without consulting Democrats days ahead of time, according to three sources familiar with the matter.
The plan, articulated to GOP members of the select subcommittee by its top Republican Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio during their first meeting Friday, will expedite the subpoena process as both panels move forward with probes of the Biden administration, two of the sources said.
It reflects the “urgency” of Republican plans to investigate the Biden administration on several fronts, the sources added.
A third source told CNN that the move will effectively allow Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee and select subcommittee to unilaterally issue subpoenas.
Jim Jordan has already sent letters to Timothy Thibault, Nina Jankowicz, Jennifer Leigh Moore, Chip Slaven, and Viola Garcia requesting information and interviews. if they fail to reply or agree, subpoenas will be forthcoming.

House Judiciary Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) sent four letters to various officials Friday, calling for information and interviews the committee has been requesting, in a final warning shot before he sends subpoenas their way.
The Daily Caller first obtained the letters, which were sent to Chip Slaven, former Interim Executive Director and CEO of the National School Boards Association; Nina Jankowicz, former leader of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) “Disinformation Governance Board;” Viola Garcia with the National School Boards Association and Jennifer Moore, the Executive Assistant Director for the Human Resources Branch at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
In the letters, Jordan accuses each official of ignoring requests for transcribed interviews, as well as not providing the committee with the documents and information they previously requested. Jordan gives the officials one last chance to come before the committee before sending subpoenas to the officials.
