The FBI agent who lied about the Hunter Biden laptop computer, Elvis Chan, was supposed to testify before the House Judiciary Committee, did not appear before the committee over a conflict between Chan’s personal attorney, whom Chan hired to protect himself and a DOJ attorney sent to protect the4 DOJ and the Biden administration. House rules do not allow for both attorneys and Chan did not want the DOJ lawyer. The DOJ lawyer would sacrifice Chan to protect the Biden caliphate.
As a result, the committee has now issued a subpoena for Chan to testify. However, the question of dueling attorneys has not yet been established. Is Chan required to use a DOJ lawyer or does he have the option of using his own personal attorney? Chan, you may recall apparently lied about the pressure the Biden hoodlums put on social media in order to try to bury the laptop scandal.
The FBI said in a statement:
“Today, after an FBI employee traveled across the country to voluntarily participate in a scheduled interview, he was denied the right to have his chosen legal counsel accompany him. Upon arrival at the Capitol, Committee staff directed agency counsel to leave the premises, and the interview was unable to proceed.”
It should not surprise you to find out that the FBI ou6t and out lied. They claimed that the committee refused to allow Chan to choose his own counsel, but then they said that the committee ordered the DOJ attorney to leave. But, the DOJ attorney was NOT Chan’s choice, his personal attorney was. The FBI must be very scared about what Chan will say to the committee.

Elvis Chan was the conduit between the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) and social media platforms ahead of the 2020 presidential election, according to internal documents known as the “Twitter files” and the House Judiciary Committee.
Chan and FITF Section Chief Laura Dehmlow met with Facebook on Oct. 14, 2020, when the Hunter Biden laptop story broke in the New York Post, she testified in July. The FBI told Facebook “no comment” on whether the laptop was real, despite their knowledge that the laptop archive was real. Hunter Biden’s laptop contents have been verified by the Daily Caller News Foundation, The New York Times, The Washington Post and other media outlets.
By refusing to appear voluntarily, the Committee had no choice but to use compulsory process.

Chan testified in the Missouri v. Biden case that he did not have any other meetings with tech companies and he did not know about communications between FBI agents and Facebook. However, Jordan found that Chan had a “follow up” call with Facebook the following day.
Chan is required by the subpoena to appear for a deposition Sept. 21, 2023, according to the House Judiciary Committee. His interview is part of an ongoing investigation into the executive branch’s work with social media platforms to censor speech.

Subpoenas are the way to go and the subpoena should clearly state about what attorney’s are permissible and what attorneys are not permissible.
The House Committee should sue the DOJ about the DOJ lawyer intruding on the Committee proceedings.
Is this the same violation of Congressional Proceedings as occurred during the Jan 6 Riot when uninvited persons interfered with Congressional Proceedings?
I don’t know, although if DOJ is allowed to make the decision, they would decide on their own behalf. This might be a Constitutional Crisis.
Congress needs to investigate DOJ and FBI proceedings, but DOJ is interfering with their ability to do so.

If rank-and-file FBI were merely used by higherups for unlawful purposes through orders, they would be crowding Judicial Committee with their stories how they were dupped into un-American behavior. With the exception of a handful of whistle blowers, Biden’s FBI is corrupt from the top to the bottom.
