HUGE: Judge Grants MO AG Request to Depose Dr. Fauci, Jen Psaki, FBI Agent Elvis Chan in Social Media Collusion Case

This is huge. Social media, the Democrats, and Faucistein are believed to have colluded in censoring posts and individuals when their beliefs do not agree with the Biden narrative. They will have to sit for a deposition in which they are under oath and could face perjury charges. Their problem is they do not know what evidence they have, so they don’t know what to lie about.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, along with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, filed a lawsuit against Biden and others in his administration. The sui6t names Biden, Fauci, DHS, nearly a dozen federal agencies, and Secretaries. The lawsuit alleges that social media and the Biden administration coordinated together in order to bury stories or censor anything that would harm Biden, such as Hunter’s laptop and vaccine mandates.  This was done to manipulate voters by allowing one side to set the narrative.

In June, The Gateway Pundit joined the suit and provided evidence of censorship against them. They claim that they were censore3d by Facebook and Twitter over all of these issues, They are working closely with AGs of Missouri and Louisiana.

• Former Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki
• And several more agencies and officials

The suit, brought along with the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, is filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

In the suit, Missouri Attorney General Schmitt pounds away on the Biden regime for both conspiring with and also compelling Big Tech social media companies, to censor millions of Americans on their social media accounts through a governmentally created social media censorship program.

Americans posted on social media have been met with outrageous censorship, consisting of at least:

• sudden account termination;
• account suspension;
• imposing warnings or “strikes” against accounts to chill future speech;
• shadow-banning;
• demonetizing content;
• adjusting algorithms to suppress or de-emphasize speakers or messages;
• promoting or demoting content;
• placing warning labels on content (“This Article’s Claims are False”);
• suppressing content in OTHER users’ feeds;
• promoting negative comments on disfavored content; and
• requiring additional click-throughs to access content, among others.

The administration tried to claim that this was a conspiracy theory. But, that fell apart after Mark Zuckerberg testified that Facebook censored the Biden laptop story for 7 days after the FBI approached him and warned him about Russian disinformation. That pretty much destroyed the administration’s effort to gaslight its users.

Previously the AGs won a battle in court that authorized them to get documents pertaining to communications between the government and social media. Neither the government nor social media have turned over any documents. In my opinion, that means their guilty because if they did nothing wrong they would hand over the documents and prove they are clean. Obviously, they are hiding something.
